This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and expanding your broker pipeline.

• Mastering our credit policy and eligibility criteria thoroughly.

• Presenting and informing brokers about Skip’s low-deposit home loan offerings.

• Establishing significant relationships and converting brokers into advocates.

• Handling Loan Scenarios and facilitating deals through the pipeline.

• Representing Skip at industry events and partner meetings.

• Promoting awareness and engagement throughout your territory — spreading the word.


⛳️ Requirements

• A proven sales achiever with 2–5 years of experience (B2B, SaaS, tech, or related fields).

• Demonstrated success in winning, activating, and nurturing broker relationships to ensure consistent home loan volume.

• Comfortable with technology and proficient in CRM, automation, and sales tools.

• Inquisitive, driven, and confident in presenting to diverse audiences.

• A natural hunter who thrives on establishing new relationships and closing deals.

• Able to take ownership of targets and manage the sales cycle from start to finish.

• Highly organized with a strong discipline in CRM practices.

• Driven by unlimited earning potential and making a significant impact.
