Brand/Visual Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand design solutions that reflect our brand’s identity, from initial concept to final execution.

• Work in conjunction with marketing and product development teams to ensure a consistent visual representation for the company's digital products and online presence.

• Suggest, create, and enhance UI designs for various marketing channels and our website.

• Ensure visual consistency across multiple platforms, including social media, newsletters, presentations, and the website. Uphold brand standards and assist in evolving visual systems.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies pertinent to digital brand design and UI.

• Create assets for our website, newsletters, marketing emails, landing pages, presentations, infographics, and other digital resources.

• Define and refine our marketing design process while seeking innovative ways to promote the Softr brand both internally and externally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in brand design, emphasizing digital and UI.

• Proficient in branding, image editing, web layout design, iconography, color theory, typography, and campaign design.

• Familiarity with AI or no-code website/app development tools like Webflow, Framer, etc.

• Expertise in design tools to convert ideas into high-fidelity assets for easy sharing, such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Solid understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and user interface (UI) design best practices.

• Exceptional ability to work independently while also enjoying collaborative teamwork.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines.

• Excellent prioritization, balancing, and delivery skills in a fast-paced environment.
