This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Packaging & Label Design: Create and refine product packaging, labels, and inserts for retail, Amazon, and DTC, adhering to print production specifications (dielines, bleeds, color separations, substrate considerations).
• Brand Identity & Systems: Uphold and advance brand guidelines across our portfolio, ensuring visual consistency from shelf to screen.
• Digital & Social Creatives: Develop effective assets for paid social media, organic content, and marketplace listings, including static and animated ad creatives (GIF/MP4).
• Email & Web Design: Conceptualize and design email campaigns, landing pages, banners, and website assets that drive conversions.
• Retail-Ready Assets: Generate sell sheets, trade decks, and retailer-facing materials that align with buyer presentation standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate directly with product development, marketing, and growth teams from concept to production, being involved from the early stages rather than receiving a brief post-decision-making.
• 3+ years of graphic design experience with significant involvement in packaging design and/or brand identity for consumer products (CPG, beauty, food & beverage, supplements, or related fields).
• A portfolio demonstrating strong packaging or branding work, not limited to digital formats. We seek to see your structural thinking: how you tackle a dieline, a shelf presence challenge, or a brand system.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop are required; InDesign is a plus).
• Experience using Figma for digital design workflows.
• Bonus: Skills in After Effects, Cinema 4D, or Keyshot for 3D rendering and motion graphics.
• Understanding of print production processes including file preparation, color management, and vendor communication.
• Strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
