This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Develop and implement a holistic brand strategy customized for the Hong Kong market that aligns with the company's global objectives.
• Ensure complete consistency of brand identity, voice, visual aesthetics, and messaging across all platforms (digital, in-store, PR, partnerships).
• Conduct ongoing market research on fashion trends, the competitive landscape, and consumer insights in Hong Kong to uncover new opportunities and challenges.
• Manage the annual branding budget, optimizing expenditures for maximum impact and ROI.
• Lead the planning and execution of all local marketing campaigns, seasonal launches, and collaborations, in close collaboration with the global marketing and product teams.
• Oversee the creation of engaging marketing materials, including store display assets, digital content, and localized resources.
• Manage relationships with agencies (PR, creative, media buying) to ensure high-quality, strategy-aligned execution of brand initiatives.
• Define and drive the brand's social media and digital content strategy for relevant local platforms (e.g., Instagram, WeChat, Little Red Book - based on the target market).
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure that the online experience reflects premium brand standards and enhances conversion rates.
• Act as the brand steward, training and guiding local sales, retail, and operations teams on brand guidelines and positioning.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports on brand health, campaign effectiveness, and key metrics to senior management.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in brand management, including at least 3 years specifically in the fashion industry.
• Must be legally permitted to work in and reside in Hong Kong, with a strong understanding of the local consumer market and media landscape.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective, integrated 360-degree brand campaigns.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in data analysis and converting market/consumer insights into actionable strategies.
• Highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
