This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of and oversee the organization’s online reputation and search presence across key digital platforms.
• Devise and implement SEO-focused reputation management strategies to enhance brand visibility and authority.
• Monitor search engine results, brand mentions, reviews, and online discussions to spot opportunities and potential risks to reputation.
• Establish and maintain a robust portfolio of high-authority digital assets, profiles, and content properties.
• Develop and execute content strategies aimed at bolstering brand credibility and elevating search rankings.
• Cultivate relationships with media outlets, journalists, industry publications, and influencers to secure favorable brand coverage.
• Lead digital PR initiatives, guest posting campaigns, thought leadership content creation, and media placements.
• Implement rapid-response reputation management campaigns when negative content or brand risks arise.
• Build and sustain customer advocacy programs that promote positive brand engagement and organic endorsements.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to identify and highlight success stories, testimonials, and positive customer experiences.
• Continuously refine strategies to adapt to evolving search algorithms, AI-driven search experiences, and digital reputation trends.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators concerning search visibility, brand sentiment, content performance, and reputation metrics.
• Identify and utilize automation, monitoring, and analytics tools that enhance visibility and the efficiency of reputation management.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Online Reputation Management, SEO, Digital PR, Brand Marketing, or a related area.
• Demonstrated success in managing and enhancing brand visibility within search engine results.
• Strong comprehension of SEO, content marketing, search algorithms, and strategies for building digital authority.
• Experience in developing and executing digital PR campaigns and media outreach initiatives.
• Familiarity with reputation monitoring tools, brand tracking systems, and online listening solutions.
• Excellent crisis management and problem-solving abilities with the capability to respond effectively under pressure.
• Proven experience in creating high-quality content that aligns with both reputation management and search performance goals.
• Knowledge of AI-driven search trends, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and evolving digital discovery platforms is highly preferred.
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
