Brand Protection & Marketplace Compliance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee major marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, BestBuy, Home Depot, AliExpress, Temu, and others.

• Conduct product research to pinpoint new or unauthorized sellers.

• Categorize sellers and confirm their authorization status.

• Detect issues related to MAP, distribution, territory, and marketplace compliance.

• Monitor unauthorized usage of logos, images, trademarks, and product content.

• Gather evidence, including URLs, screenshots, seller details, and product information.

• Keep precise seller databases and internal records.

• Generate daily reports and monthly Voice of Consumer reports.

• Create and manage dashboards that track brand-protection metrics.

• Identify opportunities to enhance research and reporting procedures.

• Monitor online marketplaces and digital channels throughout North America and Europe.

• Work Monday through Friday following the EST schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data analysis, online research, e-commerce, compliance, or a related field.

• Proficient in Excel, with skills in pivot tables.

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

• Excellent written English and reporting capabilities.

• Ability to work autonomously and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Familiarity with Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.

• Experience in brand protection or marketplace compliance is a plus.

• Knowledge of tools like PROWL, Helium 10, Salesforce, or similar solutions is advantageous.

• Understanding of MAP, distribution, or channel compliance is desirable.

• Experience with dashboards and reporting is a bonus.

• Familiarity with AI research and translation tools is beneficial.

• Must currently reside in the Philippines and have legal authorization to work there.

• A reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work are essential.
