
Brand Partner Enablement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the education and training for Brand Partners and Brand Representatives on the comprehensive toolsets within the Material Bank ecosystem, which includes platform features, account setups, business intelligence, and insights.
• Educate Brand Partners and Brand Representatives on best practices to enhance ROI and foster relationships with designers and architects.
• Utilize Material Bank's network to forge significant connections and introductions between Brand Representatives and Material Bank Members, as well as Firm Leaders who would benefit from collaboration.
• Maintain a presence in the field through office visits, industry conferences, and trade shows, including speaking or presenting when necessary, to reinforce Material Bank's value proposition and express gratitude to our Partners.
• Organize regular, action-oriented meetups in the field that celebrate and connect the community while promoting ongoing initiatives within the Material Bank platform.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to identify opportunities to celebrate, promote, and recognize Brand Representatives for their valuable contributions to our ecosystem.
• Proven experience as a Brand Representative within the Architecture & Design ecosystem, ideally with familiarity in industry associations, representative organizations, or design-centric platforms.
• A sincere passion for cultivating relationships and establishing meaningful connections within the A&D community.
• High energy, remarkable stamina, and a "road warrior" mentality with a zest for frequent travel, events, and in-person interactions.
• Comfortable acting as a visible ambassador for Material Bank and confident in engaging with groups, whether through presentations, training sessions, discussions, or representing the company at industry events.
• Strong executive presence, capable of confidently engaging with senior leaders, articulating strategic value, and establishing credibility with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling abilities, both in person and in virtual settings.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities independently.
