Brand Marketing Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire marketing calendar: strategizing, briefing, and managing simultaneous campaigns across all channels and sectors.

• Convert CMO strategies and business goals into actionable project roadmaps, complete with clear timelines, responsible parties, and KPIs.

• Organize kick-off and alignment meetings with stakeholders from Acquisition, CRM/Retention, VIP, Design, Content, and Product.

• Act as the primary point of contact and accountability for all active marketing initiatives, addressing obstacles and resolving team conflicts.

• Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans (including briefs, timelines, dependencies, and RACI matrices) using project management tools like Jira.

• Brief and guide the Acquisition team on campaigns that align with brand standards.

• Work closely with the Retention teams to manage lifecycle marketing programs, including welcome journeys, reactivation, loyalty campaigns, and promotional calendars, ensuring appropriate involvement from the marketing department.

• Lead the development and evolution of brand guidelines in collaboration with the Head of Brands and the Design lead.

• Define and monitor campaign performance metrics in partnership with Data/Analytics; present monthly marketing performance reports to the CMO.

• Conduct post-campaign evaluations and document insights; foster a culture of experimentation and learning across all marketing functions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a marketing management or senior marketing role, including at least 2 years in the iGaming industry (casino, sportsbook, poker, or related fields).

• Demonstrated experience as a marketing project leader or campaign manager, managing multiple specialist teams concurrently.

• Strong understanding of iGaming player acquisition and lifecycle, encompassing affiliate marketing, CRM pathways, bonus structures, and VIP tier systems.

• Keen brand awareness; capable of critically assessing creative, copy, and user experience with both commercial and aesthetic perspectives.

• Proficient in data interpretation; comfortable analyzing performance dashboards, A/B testing outcomes, and attribution models to make data-driven recommendations.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities; skilled at influencing without direct authority.

• Familiarity with project management tools (such as Jira or similar) and marketing collaboration platforms.

• Basic understanding of gambling compliance and marketing regulations across different markets.
