Brand, Marketing & Communications Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Become a key player in an engineering and industrial services organization where you will oversee the complete marketing function across various divisions.

• Assist in brand, marketing, and communication efforts across numerous business sectors.

• Oversee updates to website content and play a role in enhancing SEO and digital visibility.

• Develop and manage LinkedIn, social media, and digital communication campaigns.

• Produce compelling marketing materials, such as case studies, newsletters, project profiles, and employer branding resources.

• Support lead generation activities, CRM operations, and marketing automation campaigns.

• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to further commercial growth goals.

• Manage paid digital advertising campaigns on relevant platforms.

• Assist with recruitment marketing and initiatives for employer branding.

• Organize photography, video content, trade show materials, and additional marketing projects.

• Work alongside external agencies, designers, website providers, and marketing partners as needed.

• Track campaign performance and identify areas for enhancing marketing results.

• Contribute to continuous improvements in marketing processes, systems, and business growth strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a comparable B2B-focused position.

• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, industrial, construction, technical services, or other B2B sectors is highly valued.

• Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, SEO, and lead generation practices.

• Experience in managing website content and digital marketing initiatives.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and commercially relevant content.

• Capability to juggle multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities effectively.

• Experience in coordinating with external suppliers, agencies, or contractors is advantageous.

• Proactive, organized, and self-driven with a keen eye for detail.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic business environment and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
