This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Define and develop the brand identity, including tone of voice, positioning, and visual direction.
• Build a robust and recognizable brand aimed at an international, nightlife-focused audience.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Design and implement marketing strategies that enhance awareness and drive bookings.
• Launch and oversee campaigns in both online and offline channels.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with hostels, hotels, tourism stakeholders, and influencers.
• Optimize customer acquisition efforts and enhance brand visibility.
• Manage and expand social media accounts, including Instagram and TikTok.
• Create engaging, viral, and community-oriented content.
• Collaborate with creators, photographers, and videographers.
• Capture and utilize user-generated content effectively.
• Analyze customer journey insights remotely through analytics and feedback.
• Coordinate with local teams to maintain brand consistency on-site.
• Gather insights and continuously enhance the customer experience.
• 3–6+ years of experience in Brand, Marketing, or Social Media.
• Strong expertise in social media management and content creation.
• A background in hospitality, events, tourism, or lifestyle brands is highly advantageous.
• Capable of building and executing marketing strategies from the ground up.
• Creative, energetic, and driven by execution.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing both strategy and remote operations.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.
