Brand Manager – Client Facing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the operations of TikTok Shop, including oversight of the Seller Center.

• Develop and execute the TikTok Shop strategy while handling client accounts.

• Recruit influencers for affiliate programs and oversee campaign execution.

• Coordinate product launches, optimize listings, manage coupons, and organize flash sales.

• Conduct weekly meetings with clients and offer proactive recommendations for growth.

• Provide clients with weekly updates and reports through Slack and email.

• Delegate tasks and manage a dedicated virtual assistant.

• Collaborate with internal teams across functions to devise innovative solutions.

• Ensure effective communication and task tracking using Asana, Slack, and other platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within an agency, eCommerce, social media, or digital marketing setting.

• Proven skills in account management and building strong relationships.

• Experience in managing campaigns, projects, or growth initiatives involving multiple clients or stakeholders.

• Familiarity with influencer marketing, affiliate programs, or campaigns driven by performance is advantageous.

• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as TikTok, Shopify, and Amazon.

• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the capability to manage various workstreams.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
