This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• The Brand Manager plays a vital role within the client success and operations team at GIGABRANDS.
• Positioned between the Brand Director and Junior Brand Managers, this position is tasked with overseeing daily client accounts, implementing strategies that enhance sales, and guaranteeing outstanding service delivery across a variety of Amazon brands.
• In the capacity of a Brand Manager, you will collaborate closely with internal teams specializing in PPC, SEO, design, and catalog management to actualize client strategies.
• You will serve as a reliable partner to clients, balancing relationship management, operational execution, and performance enhancement.
• Additionally, you will engage in “husks”—our internal development and team-building sessions—where you will work with colleagues, gain insights from senior leaders, and contribute to a culture of ongoing growth and learning.
• Senior Brand Managers also participate in weekly upskilling classes to mentor and assist the wider team.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, brand management, or eCommerce leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and delivering tangible results.
• Strong leadership capabilities with prior experience overseeing teams across various functions and locations.
• Familiarity with Amazon operations, including PPC, SEO, catalog management, design, and merchandising.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail (task management, reporting, workflow).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both clients and internal teams.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and client-facing environment.
• Experience with project/task management platforms (e.g., ClickUp).
