This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Collect, update, and identify gaps in both written and visual materials for all e-commerce partners, ensuring accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
• Oversee the comprehensive revamp of Frida’s owned and external e-commerce presence, which includes coordinating the creation, collection, and submission of upgraded copy, visuals, and enhanced content while collaborating cross-functionally with in-house teams.
• Ensure uniform representation of our products across customers, SKUs, and platforms—both online and offline.
• Monitor compliance of e-commerce content and identify any discrepancies or missing assets.
• Assist in maintaining the marketing and trade marketing calendars for the Nordics and the UK, ensuring timely alignment with global and regional priorities.
• Keep track of customer promotional calendars, ensuring our brand is represented, activated, and supported as per plan.
• Coordinate the physical production of marketing and promotional materials, ensuring on-brand execution and timely delivery to customers according to launch plans.
• Support and organize in-store merchandising productions, distribution, and timely setup across customer locations.
• Guarantee consistent brand visibility across both digital and physical touchpoints, regularly reviewing execution quality and addressing any deviations.
• Track and meet customer revision deadlines while proactively communicating upcoming requirements to internal stakeholders.
• Gather, maintain, and update SKUs, pricing, and all relevant product data for each customer.
• Manage and execute product submissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Review and optimize the product portfolio for each customer, identifying gaps, new opportunities, and needs for rationalization.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales operations, account management, trade marketing, or e-commerce within the FMCG consumer goods sector or similar industries.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven experience working with trade marketing calendars and relevant productions.
• Proficiency in managing complex product data, pricing, SKUs, and digital content assets.
• Understanding of both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce merchandising, product setup, and content best practices.
• Articulate in customer communications and adept at building customer relationships.
• Ability to coordinate multiple deadlines, calendars, and customer requirements effectively.
• Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential; additional Nordic languages will be considered an advantage.
