This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in managing the infant formula portfolio to enhance growth, profitability, and long-term brand sustainability.
• Analyze trends in category performance, competition, consumer behavior, and business metrics to uncover opportunities and threats.
• Formulate suggestions to enhance product performance, bolster brand positioning, and facilitate portfolio expansion.
• Collaborate with Finance, Insights, Sales, and Brand teams to assess business performance and guide strategic choices.
• Aid in the creation of annual business plans, portfolio strategies, and growth initiatives.
• Support the development of new products, renovations, and line extensions from initial concept to full commercialization.
• Convert consumer insights and market potentials into product ideas and business proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Regulatory, Operations, and Supply Chain, during the innovation process.
• Oversee the cross-functional execution of product launches, renovations, and commercialization projects.
• Track product performance post-launch and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
• Over 7 years of experience in Brand Management, Innovation, Product Marketing, or similar CPG roles.
• Strong preference for classical brand management training; experience with emerging brands is a plus.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating data into actionable strategies.
• Proven experience leading intricate cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with CPG commercialization, innovation, and retail landscapes.
• Outstanding project management and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and foster alignment across diverse teams.
