This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance Shopify listings, ensuring accuracy in products and catalogs.

• Assist with fulfillment responsibilities, coordinating with the operations team as necessary.

• Conduct quality checks on Shopify listings and product launches.

• Aid in promotional efforts, potentially requiring knowledge of Shopify Scripts and Launchpad for scheduling promotions.

• Proven experience with bulk SKU imports into Shopify.

• Perform ad-hoc reporting and dashboard creation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Essential Skills: Expertise in Excel and Shopify, including experience with Vlookups, Shopify Scripts, product and catalog maintenance, and reporting.

• Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Shopify applications, Looker, Shopify Collaborator, SharePoint, and Pivot Tables. Familiarity with Teams and Outlook for internal communication.

• Cultural and Team Fit: Seeking an individual who is at ease with brainstorming and collaborative problem-solving, and is open to suggesting enhancements and efficiencies in Shopify management.
