This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee the production and execution of the Arc’teryx Winter Experience Tour across three key cities in Europe, collaborating with a team of Community Marketing Managers.
• Collaborate with both internal and external creative teams to craft culturally relevant experiences and promotional materials.
• Transform strategic and creative ideas into innovative guest experiences, ensuring that every activation is carried out to the highest standards.
• Manage project workstreams, ensuring clarity, alignment, timelines, and accountability among a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Direct all operational, logistical, and budgetary elements of the event series production, expertly coordinating venue logistics, staffing, supplier networks, and on-site execution.
• Design and oversee the guest journey across both physical and digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience before, during, and after each event.
• Lead the digital ecosystem for events, including registration platforms, landing pages, communications, and promotional strategies.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with agencies, production vendors, and cultural collaborators to foster teamwork and uphold creative excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Brief and guide Creative teams to produce compelling assets and content.
• Assist in the planning and execution of additional Arc’teryx brand experiences, athlete events, community activations, and regional marketing initiatives throughout EMEA.
• Aid in measuring, reporting, and gathering insights to inform future tour development and enhance the broader brand experience strategy.
• You possess a degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a similar field.
• You have over 5 years of experience in producing large-scale experiential, cultural, sports, entertainment, or lifestyle events.
• You have a proven track record of leading complex projects from conception to execution, preferably in touring, experiential, or multi-market settings.
• You are exceptionally organized and excel at managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders, timelines, and budgets concurrently.
• You have a strong understanding of Arc’teryx’s brand positioning and its nuances across the countries in which it operates.
• You provide strong creative input and are adept at guiding creative partners to achieve exceptional results.
• You know how to create culturally relevant experiences that effectively connect brands with communities.
• You are a natural collaborator, capable of guiding stakeholders from various functions through effective communication and solid leadership.
• You recognize the significance of the entire guest journey, and how digital and physical experiences complement each other.
• You are fluent in English and have proficiency in another European language (preferably French or German).
• You are proactive, solution-focused, and thrive on bringing complex projects to fruition.
• Your enthusiasm for your work is matched by your love for outdoor activities.
• You are willing to travel (approximately 20% of your working time).
