This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Perform in-store services, which encompass event demonstrations, training sessions, and Patient Appreciation Days (PADs) at client dispensaries.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the product range to effectively articulate its advantages to both dispensary personnel and customers.
• Capture high-quality video and photographic content at events to boost social media visibility and interaction.
• Encourage product sales during demonstrations by providing direct education to budtenders and consumers.
• Conduct visual merchandising evaluations in line with approved planograms and branding standards, ensuring uniformity and quality across all partner dispensaries.
• Facilitate training sessions for budtenders to enhance product knowledge and administer assessments as necessary.
• Observe store traffic, collect feedback, and gather market insights to guide marketing strategies.
• Assist in small-scale brand activations and in-store experiences, executing with precision and adherence to established brand guidelines.
• Complete standardized event summaries via Monday.com after each activation, including photos, notes, and key outcomes.
• Ensure marketing materials, such as point-of-sale items and collateral, are current and readily available.
• Work closely with the Brand Coordinator, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive execution of field operations, merchandising, reporting, and promotional strategies.
• Identify and suggest opportunities for local community involvement, such as events, festivals, or partnerships that align with the brand’s ethos and audience.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or event promotions, preferably within the cannabis industry.
• Strong understanding of cannabis products, their effects, chemistry, and market trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong capability to engage with consumers and budtenders to effectively drive sales and achieve marketing goals.
• Ability to track, measure, and convey performance metrics such as sales impact, store engagement, and captured content to illustrate field success and support marketing KPIs.
• Capacity to work independently while also being a collaborative team member, fostering strong relationships across departments.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite, along with familiarity with social media platforms for content sharing.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service, characterized by a positive attitude and enthusiasm for achieving results.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability, with a dedication to maintaining brand standards.
• Must be willing to travel frequently within an assigned territory and maintain a flexible schedule to work events that may occur during evenings and weekends.
