Brand Ambassador

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Conduct sampling at various accounts and promotional events to enhance sales in local markets.

• Sell products to designated local accounts with the support of the local Ranger.

• Establish and nurture relationships, partnerships, and enhance visibility in the marketplace.

• Manage product placement effectively.

• Execute in-store surveys.

• Monitor and report on account visits.

• Provide customer service and educate customers on NBB beers, culture, and business practices.

• Interact with customers through social media platforms as necessary.

• Ensure legal compliance when serving and selling beers.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least six (6) months of experience in a customer service-related role.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Must have reliable transportation to event locations.

• Outstanding customer service skills and capabilities.

• General knowledge of brewing processes and the beer industry.

• Understanding of local laws/guidelines regarding identification and alcohol service.

• Must be able to complete TIPS training during orientation.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to address large groups.

• Capable of managing challenging situations and resolving issues appropriately and effectively.

• Ability to lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.

• Frequent and continuous standing and walking required.

• Availability for flexible hours, ranging from 15 to 20 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

• Availability during peak seasons (Ski and Summer seasons).

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
