Brand Ambassador

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Organize and execute local tasting events and promotional activities.

• Provide product samples at various accounts and promotional events to boost local market sales.

• Sell to assigned local accounts with support from the local Ranger.

• Develop and sustain relationships with accounts, partnerships, and enhance marketplace visibility.

• Manage product placement effectively.

• Conduct in-store surveys to gather customer insights.

• Monitor and report on account visits.

• Deliver excellent customer service and educate customers about NBB beers, culture, and business practices.

• Engage customers via social media as needed while adhering to legal compliance and internal policies.

• Ensure legal compliance when serving and selling beer.

• Undertake other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of six (6) months of experience in customer service-related roles.

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Reliable transportation to event locations is necessary.

• Exceptional customer service skills and capabilities.

• Basic knowledge of brewing and the beer industry.

• Understanding of local laws and guidelines related to identification and alcohol service.

• Ability to successfully complete TIPS training during orientation.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Comfortable speaking in front of large audiences.

• Ability to manage challenging situations and resolve issues effectively.

• Capacity to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.

• Frequent standing and walking is required.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, up to 15–20 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

• Availability during peak seasons, including ski and summer seasons.
