📋 Description

• Enhance and expand Jerry's organic footprint on platforms such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Create a community-specific playbook for Jerry that outlines optimal posting, responding, and engagement strategies.

• Transform Jerry's subreddits into vibrant and trusted communities.

• Develop scalable content and engagement strategies that maintain authenticity while effectively utilizing AI when applicable.

• Work in conjunction with the Growth and Content teams to ensure consistency across all channels.

• Analyze sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and citation from large language models (LLMs).

• Represent Jerry in a genuine manner, fostering trust with both current and prospective users.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in community management or organic social media.

• Experience preferred in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-facing and/or regulated sectors.

• Proficient writing style tailored to platforms like Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.

• Capability to deliver genuine value and establish trust within online communities.

• Knowledge of SEO and how large language models reference sources.

• Proven track record of making traditionally dull or challenging categories feel relatable, authentic, and engaging.

• Competence in constructing systems and scalable strategies.

• Must reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada is required.

• Submission of a resume and LinkedIn profile URL is mandatory.

• Experience with Reddit and success in driving organic growth and community marketing should be highlighted in the application.
