Brand Activation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You provide structure, clarity, and enthusiasm to our brand initiatives, fostering effective team collaboration.

• Through high-quality offline activations, you make Doonails tangible and significantly enhance our brand visibility.

• Concurrently, you advance Brand Activation as a scalable function with defined ownership, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency in all our deliverables.

• Brand Activation & Campaign Management: organizing events, pop-ups, tours, launches, and offline campaigns.

• Comprehensive project management: overseeing timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and maintaining quality.

• Coordination with external partners and vendors: managing venues, exhibition builders, production teams, decor, technical equipment, and brands.

• Collaborate closely with Brand Design to guarantee a uniform brand presentation.

• Enhance brand awareness through clear KPIs and comprehensive reporting.

• Manage stakeholder communication—internally and externally.

• Multiple years of experience in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.

• Demonstrated expertise in brand activation and event management.

• Exceptional project management abilities in a multi-project setting.

• Experience in managing vendors, agencies, and service providers.

• Budget responsibility, including planning and negotiation skills.

• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.

• High standards of quality and attention to detail.

• Willingness to travel.

• Nice to have: an existing network in NRW (events, venues, exhibition builders).

• Nice to have: experience with retail activations.

• Nice to have: background in public relations.

• Nice to have: experience in scale-ups or rapidly growing environments.
