This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and reconcile financial information within QuickBooks
• Assist with payroll and billing functions
• Help organize employee documentation and onboarding processes
• Handle basic hiring responsibilities such as conducting phone screenings
• Strong bookkeeping background
• Highly skilled in QuickBooks Online
• Confident in account reconciliation
• Willingness to learn and take on tasks outside of bookkeeping
• Comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities
• Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively
