📋 Description

• Oversee the complete Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes specifically tailored to the construction and trades sector.

• Manage employee reimbursements, ensuring accurate cost coding and maintaining thorough financial documentation.

• Assist with various HR administrative functions, including onboarding paperwork, employee data management, and compliance monitoring.

• Leverage Viewpoint Spectrum as your main tool for financial reporting, data entry, and project accounting responsibilities.

• Maintain effective communication with vendors and internal personnel, manage office documentation, and ensure all processes adhere to our company standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must possess extensive experience with Viewpoint Spectrum ERP; those lacking recent, hands-on experience will not be considered.

• Demonstrated experience in the Trades or Construction industry is essential.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.

• Strong data entry capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, professional verbal and written communication skills, and a proactive approach to office organization are necessary.
