This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Accurately and efficiently process invoices from suppliers.
• Oversee accounts payable inboxes and ensure workflows are well-organized.
• Follow up on approvals with both managers and clients.
• Reconcile statements from suppliers.
• Keep supplier records clean and precise.
• Conduct daily and weekly bank reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate reconciled balances across various entities.
• Assist in managing inboxes for different clients.
• Organize financial records and supporting documentation efficiently.
• Support transactional processing across multiple entities.
• Aid in month-end preparation and reconciliation activities.
• Communicate professionally with clients through email and virtual meetings.
• Ensure timely follow-up on missing information and approvals.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in payroll processing for both weekly and fortnightly payrolls.
• Validate payroll data, timesheets, and associated documentation.
• Help with payroll reconciliations and the preparation of reports.
• Process payroll changes, including onboarding new employees and updating existing ones.
• Proactively utilize technology, Google, and AI tools to address issues and enhance productivity.
• Proven bookkeeping experience with Xero.
• Experience in processing accounts payable and conducting bank reconciliations.
• Familiarity with working across multiple entities or clients.
• Proficient in Excel, including formulas, formatting, sorting/filtering, pivot tables, reconciliations, and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail while maintaining a swift pace.
• Ability to handle competing priorities and switch tasks efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Confidence in asking questions and escalating issues as needed.
• Strong problem-solving attitude.
• Comfortable with learning new systems and technologies.
