Bookkeeper

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Comprehensive management of accounting for multiple clients in the U.S.

• Manual entry of transactions (bank and credit card)

• Bank and credit card reconciliations

• Journal entries and review of the general ledger

• Monthly closing

• Identification and correction of discrepancies

• Bulk transaction uploads/imports when necessary

• Communication with clients via email and calls/Zoom

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper

• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (mandatory)

• Experience with QuickBooks Online

• Familiarity with U.S. companies

• Knowledge of U.S. accounting practices

• Advanced English (oral and written communication)

• Experience in client relations
