This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Operate under the guidance of the Director to effectively represent talent and enhance revenue from commercial endeavors.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for MN2S.
• Exemplify all core values of the company in daily activities.
• Advocate for talent and prioritize their best interests.
• Act on behalf of buyers to secure talent that aligns with their requirements.
• Secure opportunities, negotiate terms, and finalize commercial agreements across various areas (including live touring, festival appearances, brand engagements, and more) to ensure satisfaction for both buyers and talent.
• Meet or surpass established monthly revenue targets.
• Increase talent fees and achieve pre-defined objectives.
• Actively cultivate talent and develop a valuable and diverse personal roster.
• Continuously identify new clients, foster strong relationships, and, in compliance with data regulations, input client information into the company’s CRM system.
• Document and monitor all leads in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to reach shared goals.
• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing department to promote talent availability and share the latest updates.
• Frequently engage with new and existing clients.
• Participate in events to network, expand the client base, and reinforce relationships.
• Proven previous experience (minimum of 1 year) as a Booking Agent with a record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all organizational levels.
• Highly motivated with a strong drive for success and a passion for talent representation and the agency industry.
