This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise a team of commercial auto adjusters directly reporting to you.
• Consistently demonstrate reliability in meeting or surpassing objectives and navigating challenges.
• Develop and uphold best practices for claims management, covering claim intake, investigation, assessment, settlement, and recovery.
• Ensure the team aligns with client and customer expectations throughout the claims process.
• Act as a resource for elevated claims.
• Cultivate a positive workplace culture, encourage teamwork, and support professional advancement and development.
• Attract, recruit, retain, and deliver high-quality training with the assistance of the leadership team.
• Prepare and present detailed claims reports, metrics, and analyses to clients and customers; provide insights on claim trends and loss mitigation strategies.
• Serve as a backup or leader in the absence of the Manager.
• Handle initial onboarding tasks, access, and facilitate new hire cultural integration.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for initial inquiries, escalations, and roundtable discussions.
• Hold increased authority for reserves and payments with the capacity to assist in moderate reviews.
• Identify relevant topics and trends for discussion in team huddles and Elevated Claims Experience Workshops, co-led by Team Leads, Managers, and other Reserv employees.
• Adaptability is essential; you will need to transition from claims handling to coaching and providing feedback.
• Agility is crucial; you must possess a flexible mindset and the ability to switch focus rapidly.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance claims across various lines of business, specifically with bodily injury expertise.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably managing in a remote setting.
• Proficient with technology and capable of evolving claims systems and processes to enhance efficiencies and outcomes.
• Required experience with Ride Share (or TNC/Livery).
• Proven dedication to quality, precision, and meticulous attention to detail.
• High standards of integrity, ethics, and accountability in managing confidential and sensitive information.
• An active adjuster license is mandatory: a resident state license if available, or a Designated Home State (DHS) license, with a willingness to obtain all necessary licenses within 60 days, including completing state-mandated testing.
