• Conduct investigations and manage bodily injury claims involving individuals without attorney representation.

• Assess coverage, establish liability, evaluate damages, and negotiate settlements.

• Collaborate directly with clients to collect necessary information.

• Detect potential instances of subrogation or fraud.
