This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
β’ Conducting investigations and verifying the details surrounding automobile accidents.
β’ Assessing coverage, liability, damages, and managing the negotiation of claims.
β’ Overseeing investigations related to all components of bodily injury claims, including coverage, damages, subrogation, and litigation.
β’ Utilizing knowledge of the insurance policies issued by the company.
β’ Evaluating potential subrogation or fraud risks and determining appropriate handling strategies.
β’ Identifying customer needs and striving to fulfill those needs through effective customer service skills.
β’ Collaborating with designated representatives from fraud or subrogation departments to achieve optimal results.
β’ Proven experience in managing homeowner, commercial, or auto liability claims.
β’ Availability to work from 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time.
β’ Litigation experience may be required.
β’ Strong analytical abilities with excellent attention to detail.
β’ Orientation towards customer service.
β’ Effective problem-solving capabilities; adept at recognizing discrepancies and issues from various sources.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
β’ Must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding if currently holding an active insurance license.
β’ Required to surrender resident producer license upon instruction.
