Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations to validate and confirm the details of losses related to advanced automobile accidents.

• Assess coverage, liability, and damages, while adjusting claims within the established limits of authority.

• Manage investigations covering all facets of advanced auto claims.

• Identify customer requirements and strive to fulfill those needs.

• Leverage enhanced expertise in Adjuster II roles or specialized positions.

• Must have the legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Strong knowledge of insurance policies and organizational structures.

• Proven experience in handling complex claims.

• Capability to conduct investigations on all elements of advanced auto claims.

• Proficient in customer service and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with case management and claims resolution processes.
