Bodily Injury Associate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of attorney-represented bodily injury adjusters

• Provide outstanding claims and inquiry experiences via chat-based services

• Inspire, guide, and cultivate a team of 10–15 adjusters or vendor partners

• Engage in performance management and evaluations

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in claims operations or a related field

• Proficient skills in Claims Processing, Claims Settlement, Conflict Management, Customer Service, Insurance Claims, and Negotiation

• Capability to work during business hours in the Pacific Time Zone

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States
