Bodily Injury Adjuster – Represented, Moderate/Complex

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Conducting investigations into automobile accidents involving one or more vehicles that result in property damage and/or bodily injuries, with attorney/litigation participation.

• Evaluating coverage, liability, and damages while delivering outstanding customer service throughout the day.

• Participating in negotiation processes to achieve equitable and prompt injury settlements among all involved parties.

• Interacting with customers and attorneys via various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and text messages.

• Effectively managing a large volume of pending cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in handling third-party casualty claims is mandatory.

• Experience with SC, NC, or AL claims is highly desirable.

• Preferred experience includes claims from FL, GA, NV, TX, and CA.

• A background of 2-5 years in moderate to complex Bodily Injury claim handling is preferred.

• Experience with litigation claims is advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone, to build rapport and accurately assess claims.

• Capability to work independently and remotely while managing time efficiently.

• Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverage, liability determination, and state regulations.

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities for effective evaluation and negotiation of injury claims.

• Familiarity with innovative tools and platforms for efficient claims assessment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
