Bodily Injury Adjuster – Represented, Moderate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conducting investigations into automobile accidents that may involve one or more vehicles, concentrating on property damage and/or bodily injuries with legal representation present.

• Evaluating coverage, liability, and damages while delivering outstanding customer service throughout the day.

• Interacting with clients and attorneys through multiple communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and text messages.

• Participating in negotiation processes to achieve equitable injury settlements with all parties concerned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in handling Casualty Represented or Litigation third-party claims is required.

• Experience in handling Casualty Claims in Nevada and/or Washington is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone, to build rapport and accurately assess claims.

• Capability to work independently and remotely while effectively managing time.

• Understanding of insurance policies, coverage, and liability assessment.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to evaluate and negotiate injury claims successfully.

• Familiarity with modern tools and platforms for efficient claims evaluation.
