Bodily Injury Adjuster – Represented, Complex/Severe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conducting investigations into automobile accidents involving one or more vehicles that result in property damage and/or personal injury, with attorney or litigation involvement.

• Evaluating coverage, liability, and damages while delivering outstanding customer service throughout the day.

• Interacting with clients and attorneys through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and text messages.

• Participating in negotiation processes to achieve equitable injury settlements among all parties concerned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in handling Casualty Represented or Litigation third-party claims is required.

• Preferred experience in handling Casualty Claims in Illinois and/or Wisconsin.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone, to build rapport and accurately assess claims.

• Capacity to work independently and remotely while managing time effectively.

• Understanding of insurance policies, coverage, and liability assessment.

• Robust critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to evaluate and negotiate injury claims effectively.

• Familiarity with modern tools and platforms for efficient claims assessment.
