Bodily Injury Adjuster – PST/MST/CST

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Conducting investigations into automobile accidents involving one or more vehicles, which lead to property damage and personal injury with legal representation involved.

• Evaluating coverage, liability, and damages while delivering outstanding customer service throughout the day.

• Interacting with clients and attorneys via phone calls, emails, and text messages.

• Participating in negotiation processes to achieve equitable injury settlements with all parties concerned.

• Handling multiple, diverse venues concurrently, each with its own specific operational requirements and stakeholder expectations.

• Assisting clients throughout the claims process by offering clear communication and compassionate support.

• Collaborating with internal teams to evaluate and enhance value across various initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in handling bodily injury claims or a similar field.

• Excellent communication abilities, particularly over the phone, to build rapport and accurately assess claims.

• Capacity to work independently and remotely, while effectively managing time.

• Understanding of insurance policies, coverage, and liability assessment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to successfully evaluate and negotiate injury claims.

• Familiarity with innovative tools and platforms for efficient claims assessment.
