Bodily Injury Adjuster – Moderate Represented/Litigation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conducting investigations into automobile accidents involving one or more vehicles that lead to property damage and/or bodily injury with legal representation present.

• Evaluating coverage, liability, and damages while delivering outstanding customer service throughout your daily tasks.

• Communicating with customers and attorneys through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and text messages.

• Participating in negotiation processes to achieve equitable injury settlements with all involved parties.

• Conducting thorough reviews of damages and interpreting policies to ascertain coverage.

• Assessing and negotiating claims settlements with customers, vendors, third-party carriers, and claimants.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in handling 3rd Party Bodily Injury Claims is required.

• 2 to 5 years of current experience in Georgia claims is mandatory.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone, to foster rapport and accurately assess claims.

• Capability to work autonomously and remotely, while managing time effectively.

• Understanding of insurance policies, coverage, and liability assessment.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to successfully evaluate and negotiate injury claims.

• Familiarity with innovative tools and platforms for efficient claims assessment.
