Bodily Injury Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations and verify facts related to significant automobile accidents.

• Assess coverage, liability, and damages associated with claims.

• Adjust and negotiate claims within the authorized limits.

• Manage thorough investigations of advanced auto claims, focusing on coverage, liability, and damages.

• Review, assess, and negotiate claims related to basic to moderate injuries as required.

• Identify vehicle body components and other possible property damage.

• Recognize customer needs and respond effectively using appropriate customer service techniques.

• Evaluate potential for subrogation or fraud and devise suitable handling strategies.

• Leverage enhanced experience at the Adjuster II level or through a rotation into a specialized role.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree (4-year) is preferred.

• A combination of education and experience may be considered in place of formal educational qualifications.

• A thorough understanding of insurance policies, industry standards, and organizational dynamics.

• Experience managing advanced automobile claims that involve coverage, liability, and damages.

• Proficiency in reviewing, assessing, and negotiating claims related to basic to moderate injuries.

• Familiarity with vehicle body parts and potential property damages.

• Capability to identify subrogation or fraud risks.

• Candidates must have the legal right to work in the United States.

• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace is required when working remotely.

• Reliable internet service with a minimum speed of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is necessary.
