Board of Directors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Recommend candidates for the Board of Directors

• Engage in Annual General Meetings and other gatherings (up to 10 times annually)

• Work alongside various Board Committees (Audit, Finance, Governance, etc.)

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a former swimmer who was a member of the Senior National Team within the last 8 years

• Proven experience in finance, marketing, fundraising, or government relations

• Background in competitive swimming is considered a plus

• Governance or leadership experience in other National Sports is an advantage

• Corporate governance qualifications (e.g., ICD.D, C.Dir., ASC) are beneficial
