This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Offer an executive perspective on workforce challenges, hiring conditions, compensation trends, and operational labor limitations within construction markets.
β’ Provide insights related to contractor growth, backlog development, regional expansion, and risks associated with workforce-dependent execution.
β’ Assist in validating market observations, analyzing labor trends, benchmarking compensation, and forecasting workforce initiatives.
β’ Engage in executive advisory discussions focused on operational scaling, labor availability, retention challenges, and project execution environments.
β’ Contribute practical industry insights to workforce briefings, contractor intelligence reports, and executive research projects.
β’ Advise on leadership hiring trends, operational challenges, organizational growth, and workforce planning strategies.
β’ Supply feedback on emerging market conditions that affect contractor performance and labor availability across essential construction sectors.
β’ Aid in the continuous development of operational intelligence frameworks and executive reporting methodologies.
β’ Collaborate with research, advisory, and industry leadership teams to enhance the accuracy and practical relevance of published findings.
β’ Over 10 years of leadership experience in commercial construction, infrastructure, mission-critical construction, industrial construction, renewable energy, specialty contracting, or similar sectors.
β’ Previous experience in operational leadership roles such as President, COO, VP of Operations, Division Executive, Regional Executive, General Manager, Executive Project Leader, Preconstruction Executive, or comparable positions.
β’ Strong understanding of workforce planning, labor limitations, operational scaling, hiring strategies, and execution risks in construction settings.
β’ Preferred experience in overseeing multi-project operations, regional business units, or large-scale construction initiatives.
β’ Ability to provide practical operational insights based on active leadership experience in the industry.
β’ Strongly preferred experience in managing labor shortages, compensation pressures, workforce retention issues, or rapid organizational growth environments.
β’ Direct leadership experience in the construction industry is mandatory.
β’ Interest in labor market analysis, workforce forecasting, operational analytics, or construction industry research is preferred.
β’ Advisory participation structures will vary based on experience, level of involvement, and strategic contribution.
β’ Access to executive workforce intelligence discussions and industry research initiatives.
β’ Collaboration with senior construction leaders across various sectors and regions.
β’ Engagement in strategic advisory conversations related to labor markets, operational scaling, and workforce planning.
