• Board Certification in the relevant field.

• Valid, unrestricted Medical License.

• Over 5 years of clinical practice experience.

• Attend all mandatory orientation and training sessions.

• Uphold proper credentialing, state licenses, and any certifications or requirements essential for job performance.
