Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Entry Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical oversight to designated clients

• Conduct training for caregivers

• Provide authorized indirect and administrative services

• Oversee BT/RBT sessions

• Facilitate training sessions for parents and caregivers

• Create and adjust treatment plans and programs

• Perform assessments and reassessments

• Analyze and interpret data

• Execute clinical case reviews

• Review weekly reports and offer clinical insights

• Engage in clinical team meetings focused on treatment strategies and client advancement

• Participate in weekly office hours for Slack communication, team inquiries, and overall coordination

• Provide weekly availability to Operations

• Ensure that direct services correspond with scheduled appointments

• Complete indirect and administrative tasks by set monthly deadlines

• Document date, time, client (when applicable), and service category

• Adhere to audits, service classifications, documentation standards, and payer stipulations

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification in good standing

• Minimum of 1 active client and a maximum of 20 active clients, based on availability, experience, and operational requirements

• Accurate classification, documentation, and approval of all working hours

• Compliance with standard monthly service allocations for each client

• Prior approval necessary for administrative hours

• Weekly availability must be reported to Operations

• Direct services need to align with scheduled appointments

• Indirect and administrative tasks should meet monthly deadlines

• Documentation must encompass date of service, time of service, client (if applicable), and service category

• Compliance with payer authorization and reimbursement standards
