This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.
• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client development and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and ensure that services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a comparable field.
• Experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Completely remote position with flexible working hours.
