This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Create and oversee personalized ABA treatment plans.
• Perform assessments and track patient progress.
• Guide and support RBTs in their roles.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent and effective care.
• Complete necessary documentation while maintaining clinical quality.
• Stay updated with the latest best practices and advancements in the field.
• Valid BCBA certification and Arizona LBA license (mandatory).
• Experience delivering ABA services through telehealth.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
• A client-centered, results-oriented approach.
• Capability to efficiently handle both clinical and administrative tasks.
