Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Perform diagnostic assessments and evaluations

• Create and oversee personalized behavior intervention plans

• Provide direct ABA therapy and monitor client progress

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams

• Ensure accurate documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations

• Stay informed about the latest ABA research and best practices

• Must possess a Tennessee LBA license

• BCBA certification in good standing is essential

• Prior experience with children diagnosed with autism or developmental disabilities

• Strong grasp of ABA principles and assessment methodologies

• Exceptional communication and documentation abilities
