Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

📋 Description

• Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services

• Provide supervision and training for parents of children with Autism, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), and their caregivers

• Carry out initial assessments and reassessments (VB MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS…)

• Create and revise behavioral programs to address the needs of learners

• Oversee and train ABA technicians

• Implement, model, and track the progress of individualized behavior support and skill development plans alongside ABA technicians

• Ensure fidelity in the implementation of behavioral objectives

• Responsible for the clinical supervision of behavioral intervention strategies

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• At least 3 months of relevant experience

• Active Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or a willingness to apply for Georgia LBA

• Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage!

• Completion of the 8-hour BACB supervisor training

• Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities

• Access to dependable electronic devices (Wi-Fi, headphones, laptop, phone…)

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

• Capability to be an effective member of a treatment team.
