Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Conduct evaluations and create personalized treatment plans.

• Provide oversight and ongoing clinical supervision to RBTs.

• Facilitate parent training and collaborate with caregivers.

• Ensure clinical quality, accuracy in documentation, and adherence to compliance standards.

• Work in partnership with internal clinical and operations teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.

• Colorado licensure, if required, or the ability to fulfill state and payer prerequisites before commencement.

• Strong clinical judgment coupled with excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Experience in providing ABA services within home-based environments is preferred.
