This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Oversee, mentor, and assist RBTs
• Analyze data and monitor client progress
• Modify programs and create meaningful objectives
• Establish connections with families
• Offer support and guidance to caregivers
• Collaborate with the team
• Implement ethical, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming ABA practices
• Deliver continuous clinical care
• No initial assessments required
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or an equivalent credential
• National certification as a Behavior Analyst
• BCBA trainees may be considered if they hold a Master’s degree in Special Education and a Colorado teaching license
• Willingness to supervise and mentor RBTs
• Capability to analyze data and track client progress
• Skill in modifying programs and establishing meaningful goals
• Commitment to assent, autonomy, dignity, and functional communication
• Dedication to ethical, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming ABA practices
• U.S. work authorization status is requested during the application process
• Additional support and resources available through collaboration with Alpaca Health
