This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Oversee, guide, and support RBTs
• Analyze data and monitor client progress
• Revise programs and set meaningful goals
• Foster authentic relationships with families
• Offer support and guidance to caregivers
• Work collaboratively with the clinical team
• Adhere to ethical, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming ABA practices
• Emphasize ongoing clinical care over initial assessment reports
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or equivalent
• Nationally recognized Behavior Analyst certification
• BCBA trainees may be considered if they possess a Master’s degree in Special Education and a Colorado teaching license
• Eagerness to supervise and mentor RBTs
• Capability to analyze data and track client progress
• Skill in revising programs and establishing meaningful goals
• Dedication to assent, autonomy, dignity, and functional communication
• Eligibility for visa/work authorization as outlined in the application: U.S. Citizen, Green Card Holder, eligible for a TN Visa, or needing sponsorship
