This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Oversee, mentor, and assist RBTs
• Analyze data and monitor client advancement
• Modify programs and create impactful goals
• Foster authentic connections with families
• Offer guidance and support to caregivers
• Work in conjunction with the clinical team
• Implement ethical, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming ABA practices
• Deliver continuous clinical care without performing initial assessments
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or an equivalent qualification
• Nationally certified Behavior Analyst
• BCBA trainee may be eligible with a Master’s degree in Special Education and a Colorado teaching license
• Dedication to ethical, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming ABA practices
• Uphold values of assent, autonomy, dignity, and effective communication
• Capability to supervise and mentor RBTs
• Proficiency in reviewing data and assessing client progress
• Skill in modifying programs and establishing meaningful goals
• Competence in building relationships with families and providing caregiver support and guidance
• Must be a US Citizen, Green Card Holder, eligible for a TN Visa, or have an alternative employment visa sponsorship status
