This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create tailored ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client development and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in partnership with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and ensure that services are in compliance with ethical and clinical guidelines.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Fully remote position with flexible working hours.
• No specified minimum or maximum caseload expectations.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program that includes support and reimbursement for acquiring additional state licenses.
• A dedicated BCBA Success Manager to provide continuous support and help ensure both clinical and professional success.
